How do I check in?
You check-in at reception where you will need to pay your $12.95 per night resort membership fee for your stay and also where you will be given gate keys to enter the house area. The house itself will have either a lock box or electronic door pad to gain entry. Entry codes will be sent with your final check-in information
What are the check in/check out times?
Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival
Check out is by 10am on the day of departure
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately no, pets are not allowed in the resort properties
How do I make a reservation?
Either online through this website or you can call 1-863-547-8061 during office hours displayed on the home page
Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
What is your cancellation policy?
We charge a 20% non refundable deposit if you book more than 42 days in advance of your arrival. Within 42 days full payment is due and the refund policy is:
Cancellation 42 - 28 days - 50% refunded
Cancellation 28 - 0 days - a refund will only be made if we can rebook the property for the date of your stay
We strongly advise travel insurance as per our terms and conditions
