PRIVACY POLICY 

Any information passed on by visitors to this site, for example, customers completing on-line booking forms or submitting their email address will be used solely for the purpose of renting the home. We will not pass your details on to any other agencies or third parties whatsoever and will at all times respect the privacy of our clients. We do not store any financial details. Payments are not refunded due to cancellation.

Accidental Damage Waiver 
 
An Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) fee is a non-refundable fee whereby Save Property Management assumes the liability associated with minor accidental damages to the rented premises or its contents during the Guests occupancy. ADW is not insurance, nor should it be interpreted as such. This allows Save PM to waive your responsibility for reported accidental damage up to a maximum aggregate amount of One Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500). The damage waiver becomes effective upon check-in and terminates at departure or 10.00am on the last day of the reservation (‘check out time’) whichever occurs first. 
 
Unreported damages, non-accidental damages (this includes stained and missing linens and towels as per towel sign in the home), excluded damages, or damages exceeding $1500 will be the sole responsibility of the guest. This non-refundable waiver does not in any way negate your responsibilities as a guest. The cost to repair damage attributable to the guest or guest’s invitees intentional acts, willful misconduct, gross negligence, abuse of the property, violation of reservation terms, or pets (which other than service animals are strictly not allowed) will not be paid under the ADW and will remain the responsibility of the guest. 
 
Damage must be reported to Save PM prior to ‘check out’ time. The ADW applies only to loss or damage to the rented premises or its contents. The applicability of ADW to the damaged property, any determination of the extent of the damage and any determination of the cost of repairs to damaged property shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of Save PM. 
 
The cost of this waiver is $59 per stay
