This 4 Bedroom end unit is one of the closest units in phase 1 to the resort facilities literally just round the corner from the pool and lazy river.
This is a very spacious 4 bedroom Bermuda style town home with 1,856 square feet.
This unit is fully equipped with Washer and Dryer, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave & Stove.
Kitchen: Coffee Maker, Toaster, Pots & Pans, Cooking Utensils, Forks, Knives, Spoons, Bowls, Plates etc.
Bed configuration: 1 room with King bed, 1 room with Full bed, 2 rooms with 2 twin beds.
Free WiFi and Local and long distance phone calls are included anywhere in the US, Canada & Puerto Rico.
Towels and linens are included in the home but there is NO maid service and it is cleaned only upon departure

You may have mail and packages delivered during your stay to the front desk. There is a holding fee of $5 per parcel (20 lbs. and under) & $10 (21 lbs. and up).
